Use

Due to a wide range of possible uses, this product can be used in AC and ventilation systems as well as for other industrial purposes.

Design

S-Flex® is a product used in construction of ventilation and air conditioning installations. Due to its high mechanical durability, the product proves indispensible also in the installations of industrial facilities. Perfected technical parameters, high flexibility and special design enable to install ducts without the necessity to use special tools or fittings.

S-Flex® semi-flexible duct in diameters 315 and 400 mm is only available in lengths of 3,000 mm.

Traditional duct:

• (1) Non-durable seam.
• (2) Material thickness below 0,10 mm.
• (3) 5 compression grooves.
• (4) A traditional duct is manufactured from a narrow 54 mm wide aluminum tape. It means more seams (up to 55 seams on 3 m standard length), making the duct less flexible, more prone to damages and less compress.

S-Flex® duct manufactured by Lindab Sp. z o.o.:

• (1) High-quality durable interlock seam.
• (2) Aluminum tape thickness: 0,09 mm.
• (3) 10 compression grooves.
• (4) S-Flex® duct is manufactured from wide (90mm) aluminum tape. Thanks to this the number of seams is limited by 40%, the duct is more flexible and durable and easy to compress.
