Insulated copper cooling pipes

Other assembly materials > Insulated copper cooling pipes

A copper pipe made in accordance with UNI-EN 12735-1. Designed for the distribution of cooling media. Annealed in coils, sealed at ends to keep the internal surface clean and dry. Insulated with polyethylene, in compliance with UNI-EN 10376, free of CFC (chlorofl uorocarbons) and HFCF (hydrochlorofl uorocarbons), according to CEE/EU 2037/200 regulation.

The appropriate thickness of insulation prevents water condensation under normal working conditions: the temperature of liquid in the pipe at least 7°C, temperature inside the room 27°C, internal relative humidity lower or equal to 50%.

Product characteristics:

  • resistance to vapour diffusion: µ = 6100;
  • thermal conductivity 40°C: λ ≤ 0,038 W/m°K;
  • density of insulation material: 33,3 kg/m³;
  • fire resistance rating 1 acc. to D.M. 26/06/1984 as amended by the D.M. 03/09/2001;
  • does not contain CFC (chlorofl uorocarbons) and HFCF (hydrochlorofluorocarbons);
  • marked in one-metre spacing.
