Product characteristics:

• thanks to thicker aluminum layer the duct’s stiffness, hardness and durability are increased as compared to a traditional flexible duct;
• standard 10 m long ducts are individually fitted into 1 m cardboard boxes;
• low transportation and storage cost;

• no need to use special tools for cutting or fixing;
• PN-EN 13180:2004 norm compliant.

Use

This flexible and thermally insulated duct has been especially designed for ventilation and AC market. Thanks to its thermal resistance, it can also be used to transport warm air of temperature up to +250°C from fireplaces. Attenuates system’s vibration. Reduces the need to use fittings and provides thermal insulation.

Design

The internal layer of M0izo duct (insulated) is made of non-perforated M0 duct. Two layer aluminum foil glued with non-flammable glue. Fused steel wire spiral with 24 mm lead. Insulation material is mineral wool and the external cover is made of multi layer laminated aluminum reinforced with carbon fibre.
