The mixture of zinc and aluminium provides excellent anti-corrosion protection. Aluzinc is used for all repairs of damaged galvanised parts, welded and cut areas. It is also used for repairs of hot-dip galvanised parts and in welding.

Special properties:

• silver shade;
• fast drying;
• very good surface coverage and excellent adhesion to most metals;
• does not run off the surface, forms a uniform aesthetic;
• coating resistant to abrasion, weather and temp.;
• does not contain lead, chromium or silicones;
• excellent anti-corrosion protection.

Use:

• for the finishing of exposed metal parts prone to corrosion.

Directions for use:

• clean and degrease metal surface;
• shake the container well before use for approx. 1 min;
• then spray from a distance of 25 - 30 cm;
• after about 15 - 20 min the coating is resistant to the touch;
• the total drying time is approx. 24 hours;
• the optimal operating temp. is 16-21°C;
• after use, turn the container upside down and drain it until the valve is empty.

Storage:

• pressurised container, protect from sunlight and do not expose to temp. exceeding 50°C;
• product can be stored for 36 months in the above conditions.
